2. Payment: All appointments must be booked through our secure online booking system. Payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the Rescheduling and Cancellation section below.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will not be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Privacy Policy: Personal information, including your name, email address and date of birth, is collected to provide consultations and manage bookings. If you wish to have your information removed, please contact Earthlight Astrology at info@earthlightastrology.com.
